💧 Hydration & Performance

 Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to boost your workout performance. Even mild dehydration can reduce strength, endurance, and focus. Aim to drink 2.5–3 liters of water daily, and a bit more on training days.

Tips:

  • Start your day with a glass of water.

  • Sip during workouts, don’t wait until you’re thirsty.

  • Add electrolytes if your training is intense or in hot weather.
